Consultative Meeting for Transboundary River Dialogue

Most of the rivers in Bihar are transboundary in nature and so this programme focus on the Indo-Nepal relationship in a transboundary river dialogue format. The larger discussion called “Transboundary River Dialogue”  is envisaged as a multi-stakeholders’ platform to provide space for different viewpoints to discuss and deliberate on the issues, thereby preparing a follow up action plan for addressing the priority work mandates across the boundaries.
