Patna, 02 November. Mr. Luiz de Andrade Filho, Secretary, Embassy of Brazil, on Monday visited Patna and met with Dr. Shaibal Gupta, Member-Secretary, Asian Development Research Institute (ADRI), Patna. Mr. Filho had a fantastic meeting with Dr. Gupta and they discussed issues of national and global importance among other contemporary issues. On the occasion Professor Prabhat P Ghosh, Director, ADRI was also present.
