The work was carried out by CEECC and Action on Climate Today (ACT) under DFID – Climate Change Innovation Programme (CCIP) to promote state-specific climate proof financial planning in Bihar. It was supported by the Environment, Forest and Climate Change Department, Government of Bihar and sponsored by DFID-UK. All the schemes undertaken by the various departments of Government of Bihar were identified and analysed for their relevance to the climate resilience and sensitivity linked with SDGs pertinent to climate change.
