State Resource Centre, ADRI, Patna organized the Thirteenth Myles Horton and Paulo Freire Memorial Lecture at Indira Gandhi Planetarium Auditorium, Patna on March 29, 2011. This year's memorial lecture was delivered by Professor R Govinda, Vice Chancellor, NUEPA, New Delhi. The topic of the lecture was "Adult Education Beyond the Realms of Basic Literacy Skills". This lecture was presided over by Professor Sudipto Adhikari, Vice Chancellor, Patna University, Patna. Shri Sushil Kumar Modi, Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
